Independent diagnostics-first service

Treat the scooter as a complete system.

Charging faults, cutouts, brake sensors, controls, wiring, tires, and steering problems can overlap. Sprocket Science reviews the machine as a whole, tests the likely path, and explains the next step before repair work begins.

Common reasons riders contact us

Start with what the machine is doing.

  • Battery will not charge
  • Motor cuts out or lacks power
  • Display shows an error code
  • Throttle or brake sensor does not respond
  • Damaged wiring, connectors, or controls
  • Flat, worn, tubeless, or solid tire problem

Many machines welcome. No blanket promises.

  • Scooter designs vary widely; wheel access, cable routing, fastener condition, documentation, and parts availability affect serviceability and labour.
  • Locked firmware, pairing, serial authorization, or manufacturer-only programming is not promised as a standard service.
  • Lithium battery packs are not opened, rebuilt, modified, spot-welded, or repaired.
  • Unsafe, fire-damaged, structurally compromised, heavily modified, undocumented, or unsupported scooters may be declined after review.
