Independent diagnostics-first service

A wider yes—with honest limits.

Many shops restrict service to brands they sell or factory systems they support. Sprocket Science starts with the actual machine, symptoms, wiring, compatible parts, and available evidence. That can make practical service possible without pretending every proprietary system can be unlocked.

Common reasons riders contact us

Start with what the machine is doing.

You do not need to name the failed part. Symptoms, timing, error codes, and photos are more useful starting points.

  • Another shop will not assess the brand
  • Bike was purchased online or second-hand
  • Rear hub motor cuts out or will not run
  • Throttle, display, PAS, switch, or brake cutoff is faulty
  • Connector or accessible low-voltage wiring is damaged
  • Compatible replacement part needs installation
